It’s an excellent hotel just minutes walk from Omiya station. The building is clean and has a restaurant and very affordable breakfast buffet. The staff are all very well-trained and polite. They were happy to help me extend my stay on last minute notice and remain in the same room. (Twice). I recommend Marroad Inn. They always brought fresh towels

Good old Japanese small hotel. You could find better deal from the newer facility in the same area, but I didn't hate it. They have a n underground parking lot.

古いです。カーペットの汚れが気になりました。 禁煙ルームなのになんだか壁もバスルームもヤニみたいな色をしていて嫌でした。

Hotel is old, clean for the most part. Location is great inexpensive compared to other properties near the station.

Great location.
Location is great, Just next to Omiya JR station. Hotel is old, and shows. Rooms same size as any other business hotel in Japan, small but efficient. Rooms clean, but smell of smoke.

Nice location
Close to Omiya Station. Department stores and Bic Camera (a big store selling consumers electronics, including travellers' sim cards) are within 5 minutes walk. The property looks a little bit old, but comfortable enough. I stayed at a smoking room (since all non-smoking rooms were already occupied), but I did not feel smell.

Close to all amenities
Its a walking distance from the omiya train/bus station. Hotel is surrounded with loads of restaurant so you wont run out of options to where to eat. Lovely staff and clean rooms.

Pros and Cons
Positives: Great location in Omiya, 1 minute walk from a 7/11 and 3 minute walk from a major train station and shopping precinct. Everything was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Negatives: No wifi, have to ask for a lan cable at the counter. Room is a bit cramped, but I'm fairly tall so that is just a personal problem.

さいたまスーパーアリーナのイベントの際に利用しました。駅から近くホテルまでの間に飲食店もあり便利でした。 ホテルの室内も清潔でとても快適に過ごせました。
