"Very good hotel with very good service. Staff knows what they are doing and well trained, especially Viktoria is very professional and adding value to the hotel. Food was also delicious."

"Very disappointing experience. I had already paid for my stay, but upon check-out, the hotel charged me again. I showed them proof of payment at the front desk, yet they still processed a second charge. I reported it immediately, but to this day, the issue has not been resolved and I haven’t received a refund. Extremely unprofessional."

"If you love staying with insects and sleeping in a dirty place go there. I would pay not to stay there let alone paying for staying there. I have been scammed. Also the host is a dangerous person. Watch out not to be stabbed or killed. This is not a hotel this is a torture. Guaranteed to regret . Try it for yourself. I only could stay 30 minutes then i checked out. Of course the so-called host didnt give my money back."

"Really nice clean apartment, the most helpful and amazing staff that are always willing to help with anything (we left some sunglasses in a taxi and the staff went well out there way to get them back) Would 100% return at drop of a hat. Amazing value for money "
