Nuestra habitación estaba en la primera planta, era una habitación adaptada por lo que el espacio era amplio. El problema es que el baño carecía de ventilación, se oían todas las bajadas de agua, así como las maquinas del gimnasio que se encontraba enfrente de nuestra puerta. El internet no funcionaba en parte de la habitación ya que no tenía cobertura.

Top quality central hotel
Salamanca is a beautiful city and the hotel is centrally based ideal for all the sights including the Placa Mayor. The hotel is high quality across its facilities with a small pool on the roof to cool off on those hot days.

Great location two minutes from the Plaza Major. Clean and comfortable room and bonus of the little plunge pool on the roof terrace which catches the sun at 4pm when still hot in September. Very good value at this time of year including breakfast for 10€ instead of 14€.

The pool is about 6 ft by 4ft, yet there were about 6 people there so it counts as a pool, but is tiny. Nice rooms and service.

the place is ok, except the pool and gym, which are only there to tick the box. problem though, the hotel charged me, eventhough I had paid over expedia. I only noticed the day after and contacted them over email. never responded to me... worrying to say the least

Fabulous stay at Catalonia Plaza Mayor!
We a wonderful stay at Catalonia Plaza Mayor! The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. We loved the rooftop pool, too! It was the perfect place to sunbathe and enjoy the lovely view of the city. Also, the location could not be more convenient to all of the action of the Plaza Mayor! The staff was available 24/7 and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! We highly recommend this hotel!

Very friendly, in a central location. We stayed there on a Saturday night but COULD NOT get a drink at the bar when we came back to the hotel as the T-shirt the bar at 11:00pm.

Solid hotel
After being told I had no booking, which had I not pressed my claim would have lead to a night of unknown results, all was sorted by the lovely Judit. Room excellent. Great selection of channels. The very small but excellent pool was sadly out of action one of the days. Also on one occasion the main automatic doors failed to note my presence leading me to worry I am a vampire (my complexion reinforces this) and that my outstretched arm would be crushed. It wasn’t.

The location was excellent . We were able to walk to all the major places of interest . There were so many options for dining just a stroll from the hotel. The parking was located a few streets away but within easy walking distance of the hotel. Great value and very helpful staff. Would stay there again.

Fabulous location just off the main square. Room bright and airy. Contemporary decoration, very nice. Nespresso coffee machine. Lovely buffet breakfast with a good selection of breads, pastries, teas etc. Parking is in a public car park a short walk away although it was a bit difficult to get to because of the one way systems.

A weekend awy in Castille-Leon
Great location (next to Plaza Mayor) for our first visit to Salamanca. Staff were quite helpful; breakfast was tasty and available at a good price. Really good value for money.
