"A very comfortable quiet and relaxed hotel ( originally an old convent) overlooking Salo and Lake Garda. The staff at the hotel are superb - the reception staff in particular are some of the best anywhere. The views from the garden and terrace across the lake to the mountains are beautiful. "Our third stay at the wonderful Lefay Spa overlooking Lake Garda. Still cannot get used to the stunning view over the lake, it's quite something. Love this place so much, it is truly restorative for the soul and mind. Staff are quite wonderful, the Gramen Restaurant outstanding, especially as there is a tasting plant-based menu available (very rare). Our only gripe is the Limonaia restaurant where it's a struggle to find plant based dishes on the menu, plus the wine list by the glass is poor. Otherwise, superb facilities and ambience."
