The toilet seat bolt was broke and toilet seat flopped around. The toilet didn't flush worth a crap, even small excrements would haunt us, had to use plunger one time. I saw a cockroach almost every day. There were no channels in English, the screen was snowy, not many channels to chose from, couldn't get YouTube, the air conditioning quit two days before check out, and there was only one guy who spoke English. The very first day I went to check in I spoke English and he acted like he didn't understand, so my girlfriend talked to him, then he breaks out speaking English and I asked him why he acted like he didn't know what I was saying and his reply was, "I don't listen to anything." There are only three languages acknowledged for North, Central, and South America: English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and what do these people think the tourists will speak? Bed sheets, hardly any, not again unless by mistake.

Third time was not a charm
Great location but this was my 3rd time staying here in the last year and was very disappointed. Must have been a change of mgt because the other times was perfect. We changed rooms 2x. Once for leaks and the other the AC stopped working. We always went to eat breakfast at 9am and 3 out of 5 times they were out of several things. One evening while returning from the beach with my family at 530pm the front desk had locked the doors and we had to wait outside 30 minutes for someone to let us inside. The front desk clerk that come from thee back room you could tell was obviously sleeping. I travel a lot and this is the first time I have complained about any hotel. It is always easier to keep a customer than to find a new one. Will never venture there again.

Staff Really unhelpful, room very dirty, other guest making noise all night walking around and staff didn’t do nothing about, jacuzzi vey dirty, room smelling mould, infiltration on the Celling; Good location though

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and eager to help. Breakfast was very good and I was very pleased. The location is not the best but only a short ride to the attractions. FYI there is a grocery store and several stores 2 blocks behind the hotel that are very cheap. The place 1 mile north has many high end restaurants and I recommend The Country Grill and Assad or.

Great beach front option
Usually someone at desk fluent in english, great beach side location.., if you have the time, a short bus trip north will take you to some of the provinces premier beaches. Some other reviews critisizing the neighbourhood or room size are unwarranted.. there is a military base just down the street and the room itself is pretty spacious although bathroom is pretty tight quarters. Salvador itself is not a wealthy town so poverty is evidant even at its premier locales..

Nice hotel,close to beach,not many good places eat
Rooms are comfortable but not very big. Hotel is clean,staff is very nice. Hotel near the beach but the area is not the best area. No good places to eat if you do not have a car. Hotel is located in an area where the neighborhood is not so good.

Good for a low price Hotel
Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet was rather plain. Hotel itself was maintained clean and comfortable, and has a pretty cool 4 person hot tub on the roof deck overlooking the ocean. The neighborhood is considered safe for Salvador, but I didn't feel at all comfortable walking around day or night. I would stay here again if I needed to travel into Salvador again on a tight budget, but it was overall a rather dull experience.

With relation to the comment about the location reported that the hotel offers a team of timelessness 24 hours and that the neighborhood where it is located has security of the military police of Bahia state . We wished we could always have it as our guest .

Good for the money
Check in was bad as they said reservation was close so they couldn't retrieve my reservation. Their problem if they are shut out of their system after business hours. However they made me go through the trouble of forwarding innumerous emails from my phone receipts and it still wasn't enough like I should be able to help them fix their cluelessness. Exausted after a 10 Hs drive was stuck at the reception for about an hour till they finally came down to senses and let me in the room, hello?! Rest of stay was great. Nice room with ocean view, good wifi, breakfast super friendly staff at the restaurant and housekeeping. Need a/c in the exercise room!

Boa noite já fiquei várias vezes nesse hotel e nunca tive oque reclamar.. mas ontem foi a hora d'água tava chovendo muito e ventando bastante liguei para recepção pra informar que a janela do meu quarto vizinho estava aberta e a cortina estava batendo tão forte que tava fazendo muito barulho e fiquei com medo juro e o viro estourar. Simplesmente a recepção falou que não podia fazer ND que eu quisesse parar eu batesse na porta do quarto ao lado sendo que isso cabe ao hotel não a mim fazer isso .. a recepção foi super grossa CMG e mal viu educada. Fui ate a recepção falar novamente isso e fizeram descaso não ajudou em ND.. pedir a troca de quarto ela disse que não ia trocar que o hotel tava cheio sendo que não estava.. tbm me colocaram num quando onde o colchão era 2 de casal juntos não tinha conforto nenhum cama horrível o ar condicionado péssimo pingou a noite td.resumimdo o quarto tava pela misericórdia a televisão não passa a ND a imagem nem aparecia direito. Pelo valor que agente paga que não e barato deveria ter mas confonto.. dessa vez deixou a desejar.

Café da manhã bom, instalações regulares (o hotel precisa de reforma e manutenções). Não há telefone nos quartos, a imagem da TV era muito ruim, e o ar condicionado do quarto estava vazando. A limpeza, cordialidade dos funcionários e a localização são excelentes. No geral o custo x beneficio compensa.

A localização boa Mas o prédio necessita de reforma Quartos sem telefone A porta do banheiro quase colada com a porta de entrada, nada funcional O box do banheiro abria apenas um pedaço, pra entrar tem que de apertar toda. Um risco. Porque se o vidro quebra acidente anunciado.

Tinham baratas nos quartos, matei uma no primeiro dia e ficou la até eu ir embora, fora o chuveiro que tinha lodo na saída de agua, serviço de quarto mal feito. Forneceram um lençol e uma manta fininha ao casal.

Pelo custo, aguardava mais. O banheiro do quarto 315 tinha uma infiltração que deixava o mesmo sempre molhado ao usar chuveiro e/ou pia. A descarga vigia com água vazando (eco sustentabilidade necas, apesar de só trocarem toalhas de 2 em 2 dias). Café da manhã, se fosse às 9h, não conseguia local para sentar, mas os produtos servidos eram justos e bons (apesar do queijo sempre virar uma massaroca para retirar, acredito que congelaram o mesmo). Os atendentes da recepção sempre foram muito atenciosos. É uma opção boa para curtir o Carnaval na Barra/Ondina, pois fugi dos valores cobrados pelos taxistas e Uber podendo voltar de ônibus local em segurança. Mas pelo preço cobrado (Mais de R$ 1 mil por noite) deveria melhorar

Très bien situé, calme, face à la mer, chambres très correctes, Salle de gym. Terrasse, Jacuzzi, Bon Petit déjeuner...Tout est satisfaisant pour le Prix si on a réservé en avance. Personnel sympathique et attentionné.

O hotel está no padrão das estrelas. O que não gostei troca de toalhas que precisava pedir, a torneira do chuveiro pingando foi solicitado conserto sem efetuação e tv dando problema para ligar e todas as vezes tinha de chamar um funcionário para ligar

O serviço de limpeza de quarto é feito diariamente, apenas as trocas de toalhas a cada 2 dias, mas não vimos isso como um problema. A cama é confortável, o ar condicionado e frigobar funcionam bem. De modo geral, tivemos uma ótima estadia.

A funcionária que me atendeu no checkin estava com uma má vontade incrível, depois descobri que ela estava no horário de saída, mas nada justificava aquele tratamento. O hotel estava cheio e quando chegamos um dos elevadores estava quebrado, o que por si só já é um absurdo. Não bastando 2 dias depois o elevador continuava quebrado e o outro parou comigo dentro. Já estava no terreo e não abriu a porta e apesar de termos tocado o alarme ouvimos que o recepcionista nada fez para que saimos logo daquela situação. Nossa sorte foi um dos hospedes que se preocupou com a gente e nos tirou de lá. Ainda fiquei no hotel por mais um dia, estava no quarto andar e os 2 elevadores continuavam quebrados. A reposição do café da manhã pessima o que ocasionava filas de espera pela comida. A localização do hotel é boa e alguns staffs muito atenciosos. Mas pelo conjunto da obra não recomendo o local

Razoável.
Estacionamento: é ao redor do hotel, em via pública, mas é satisfatório. A localização é boa, de frente para a praia, apesar do banho não ser muito recomendável. O quarto é bom, ar gela bem, cama boa, porém, a TV além de pouquíssimos canais a imagem é horrível. O wi fi é fraco o sinal e o café da manhã é de médio para fraco e repetitivo, com demora na reposição, não oferece tapioca.

Hotel simples, com bom custo benefício, boa localização com bares e restaurantes próximos. Café da manhã razoável, mesmas comidas e sucos nos dias que ficamos hospedados, impressionante a quantidade de doces.
