"This is a nice boutique hotel run by a family for three generations. It is tucked away in a very quiet neighborhood yet is close to the cable car and the town center. Staff members were extremely helpful and friendly."

"The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Very polite staff. Super cool spa with saunas and pool. Breakfast was extremely delicious. The yard was very nicely decorated. Hotel for all generations. "

"Das Zimmer entsprach den auf der Website dargestellten Fotos nicht. Dieses Zimmer ist zudem in den öffentlich zugänglichen Bildmaterialien des Hotels nicht abgebildet. Auf unsere Beschwerde an der Rezeption konnte kein adäquates Lösungskonzept angeboten werden. Ein Mitarbeiter teilte uns lediglich mit, dass die Fotos auf der Website bereits aktualisiert worden seien, die Renovierungsarbeiten jedoch nicht in allen Zimmern durchgeführt wurden."
