Best Western, Salzkammergut hotels

Having been to most parts of the world, i guess this is the best hotel i have been to that has surpassed brand hotel names such as Hilton, Holiday Inn, Novetel, Sheraton and Ibis. The service is impeccable and if i am returning back to Salzburg- i am going to stay in this hotel again,

This hotel is a great place to relax in a fantastic surroundings of nature; trees, mountains. Small number of rooms with ample number of staffs enables nifty service. If you are looking for a convenient location for good access to old town or new city shopping area, this hotel is not the one; this hotel is for you to have some peaceful time with great restaurant and surrounding nature.

The hotel is perfectly situated to explore the city. Close to all the sites and restaurants The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are well appointed.

Right in the centre of old town, rooms and amenities are very good. Ulrike was very helpful during our stay.

Stayed for 2 nights over the Easter weekend, and woke up to a delightful easter basket on Easter morning. It was a lovely surprise. The interior was tastefully decorated, and the bed was comfy. However, I think the highlight would be the breakfast in the morning, which had the coziest setting, and the most delicious essentials. The hotel staff were attentive as always and it was a very restful weekend recharge for me. I'll definitely be back, thank you!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, good size and clean room

I booked a Double Room (medium) for 3 nights and the overall experience was great! 1) Location is 5* within walking distance to most places of interest and plenty of restaurants. 2). Both the room and bathroom are very spacious and clean with modern zen vibes. 3). The hotel is very near to all the tourist attractions within 5 min walk so it’s super convenient! The front staff are also very friendly and always willing to assist with any questions that we have! Really enjoyed our stay!
