Not great was that we have prepaid breakfast and whenever we wanted to have breakfast we were told to wait 1.5 hrs because they are waiting on a big party, it’s a breakfast buffet, I expect not to wait for a table for 1.5 hrs as a hotel guest with a hungry toddler, especially when it was already prepaid for, so basically the hotel knows we will eat there….."
