"Despite some of the negative reviews, it was a great stay. Staff were great, attentive and helpful. Food was fantastic as well as the evening entertainment. The only downside for me was all of the young people in groups at the beginning of my stay, doing balloons and made the hotel smell very green which I found very inappropriate as there were families there with young children so harder policing around that would’ve been better. "

"Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel "

"Reception had shocking customer service skills did not want to help whatsoever on arrival at 10pm was told we had no booking had to go and stay with family although I had my confirmation of booking and receipt of payment taken out of my account got a taxi back to the hotel next day to try to sort out my booking to be told again we have no booking I had book this hotel for 7 nights the staff did nothing we ended up staying on a family member’s sofa as their were no there hotels available absolutely discracfull would not recommend "
