"This is the second time my family and I have stayed at the hotel, and this visit managed to surpass what had already been a wonderful week two years ago. The staff throughout the hotel are absolutely first class - genuinely warm and always courteous. The entire location is immaculate, from the rooms, to the pool area, the restaurants, the bar, reception and the gym. Air conditioning could be better and i little touch up of the inside would help. All superficial but just a comment. Do not hesitate to book this suberb hotel. "

"A very nice resort just outside of Los Christianos . Was surprised that there was no tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also a lack of soap by the bathroom sink. Otherwise very good stay"
"The location is straight on the beach with plenty of restaurants and shops around. The apartment was very clean with everything you need. There is a shop inside of the building too. "

"Just back from a week here and after reading reviews, we can honestly say we weren’t sure what to expect. However, we had a lovely stay, yes it’s hilly (even the complex) but this wouldn’t put us off staying again. We were fortunate to be allocated a refurbished room and were down by the pool and restaurant. The food was usually nice and we could always find something, if you’re looking for nuggets, sausages etc for lunch/dinner for kids then it’s maybe not for you. Drinks were ok and drinking from a paper cup not great but we just went with the flow. The complex was clean, staff were always friendly and put up with some abuse from customers at the bar and restaurant which was unpleasant to see. The only thing we could fault was that we wanted to rent an air con unit for the room but were advised from companies that Laguna Park 2 do not allow them even though they have provided insurance documents as required so we hired an extra fan from the gentleman as it was cheaper than the hotel. Also, the beds are on the firm side."
"Positives - clean and basic, shower is great. Pool and bar are clean and friendly, lots of space to sunbathe. Ac in rooms were great.
Negative - sofa bed was really uncomfortable and noisy if sharing. Kitchen not up to much and fridge was really noisy at times. Food I found poor, chips were decent. Cheese on nachos was some sort of tube cold cheese, pizzas were fine. Do not eat there KFC original chicken, absolutely vile.
Overall, great for price, clean and friendly. Was good base as we drove, taxis required if travelling, although as a positive they were reasonably cheap"
