"I was really upset after coming to my hotel room late at night after a very busy and stressful day, the room was not cleaned. The electricity was not working in the bathroom either. After I told the front desk that the room was not clean at midnight, they had me go into another room. Just annoying and make me really frustrated. "

"We stayed in a two bedroom ocean view villa loft. Gorgeous, spacious room. There were four of us but it could have comfortably fit more. Very clean with comfortable beds. Loved the balcony with the gas fireplace. Everything was pricey, as you might imagine. For what I spent, I would have loved for parking or breakfast to be included. "
