Was double charged for my stay, fortunately was able to fix that with the staff eventually. Hair on the beds at arrival. Very bad water pressure. Great location, AC worked, room service staff was kind. After my stay I feel I could have paid the same price for something nicer.

The restroom had a weird smell, lacked a decent supply of toilet paper (which I went and requested more), no body wash was present in the restroom tub, and the restroom tub still had hairs of previous guests. In addition, the staff were pretty loud talking to each other in the morning when I was trying to sleep ay 8 AM. Other than that the property was decent enough. I did appreciate the free breakfast though.

Great walking distance to a lot of places surrounding! Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a problem parking. Only thing better could have had a pool but the ocean is right there!!

the hotel was only 20 minutes from Petco Park. You get a continental breakfast in the morning. But no bacon or eggs. And it looked like they had free parking but you have to pay an extra $25 for parking.

The staff were really nice and helpful. I was missing body wash in the room but they just provided it to me when I asked. My key also wasn’t working at one point but that was also quickly resolved. The parking structure is also conveniently near by and rated at a reasonable price.

You get what you pay for, overall not bad. The pool was clean, my kid got in. The place definitely needs a renovation. The elevator doesn't work properly when trying to go down to the 1st floor that button glitches. I didn't really see homeless or sketchy people outside. I did experience weed smell but noticed a person smoking it around the corner of the building. The beds were comfortable.

Staff were very sweet. You get what you pay for in regards to room. The shower is a half shower and shower head is about 5 feet high so need to bend over. Musty smell from AC unit. As a woman traveling, I didn’t feel unsafe and there were no homeless in courtyard.
