The door to the room barely closes you have to force it in order to close.. the couches smell like cigarettes… the website they are advertising is false advertising.. costly but raggedy as heck !. 0/10 for me.. not worth it unless your homeless or a crackhead because that’s the vibe it gives off..

Cute room, only downside (not the hotels fault) was a large motorcycle club who came and went at odd hours a few times. Didn’t mind the motorcycles, minded the obnoxious revving at 12AM that set off car alarms and woke my kids.

Very dated. Lumpy bed and itchy bed sheets. TV remote was taped together and difficult to use. Glad it was only one night.

The room smelled nasty, something mixed with mold. The motel was nothing like the pictures. It needs major updates. The bedding was at least 20 years old. Each bed had 3 pillows not even 4. Never stayed in a motel with such terrible conditions. When asked to change rooms they told nothing was available. If Expedia values customer satisfaction, should remove this listing from suggested hotel. We ended up staying elsewhere.

I can’t believe that they charge you for parking it is another way to cheat from customers, and they ask you if you don’t want to pay for parking go outside on the street but there is no parking outside unbelievable !.
The room is dirty and Linens and towels smells like mildew!!!! I was really disappointed when we got there the room was not exactly the same as it looks when on the pictures as the description is way off when we actually got there, I thought it’s nice but its not every thing there was not exactly clean and looks unsanitary! So disappointed!

Pro: Location is close to Sea world and zoo. Staff were nice, easy parking, comfortable bed, microwave, small fridge, and fit 2 adults and 3 children, price was decent for a place to rest. Cons: smelled like cigarettes, one light didn't work, air conditioner didn't stay on.

It was an ok stay . They don’t do housekeeping unless you request. The front desk staff is amazing though they were all kind and hospitable.
Horrible parking and they charge $15 per night
Room smelled like mold
Toilet clogged twice in our 3 night stay
Sheets and towels smelled terrible (wet / old)
Gym had no equipment, weight rack and no weights.
4 elliptical, no alcohol or towels to wipe down before or after
Our door was jammed, we would have to literally SLAM it shut
Our room was facing the Ramada hotel. Sketchy activity going in and out of there all night. Super noisy…. Buses pulling in and out all night. Loud!
I excepted more from this place although i kinda got disappointed. like that they were able to accommodate for my son disability and booked us in a downstairs room. Although they overly charge for parking and a deposit and the place could look better. Although if you just need a place to rest this will do.
I didn’t get the room I requested. I was surprised with a parking fee. And a deposit charge as well. Life experience when booking a room. Thank you

Prepaid for 2 nights. Do so airline delays and mechanical issues we didn’t arrive to hotel until 4am - they said the reservation “rolled over” and couldn’t honor our prepaid reservation- couldn’t even use the 2nd night we were already paid. The desk staff couldn’t help and Expedia couldn’t either - both useless and I’m out $320

The property is located in a great area close to food and shopping. The night was great with no noise. The parking was a little tight had fun watching people try to park in some stalls.

No one came to clean the room or restock towels or toilet paper the entire time..its very dusty. We had to call to request clean towels and extra toilet paper
1st THERE IS NO BREAKFAST HERE even though the ad says they do, then went to lobby for what they had which was 1 kettle of warm coffee with coffee grains in it and when i told front desk person her response was she will make new coffee when that was gone. Rented 1 bedroom suite couches covers were dirty and didnt get clean linen untill midnight!!! THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO CHARGE 150$ DEPOSIT YOU DONT SEE FOR TEN DAYS AFTERR CHECK OUT!! HILTON DPNT EVEN CHARGE THAT!!!
