The location was fantastic, it is approximately one block from the beach. The exterior is very much California Beach Motel style however, when you get to the room, it's updated and spacious. If we come back to Pacific Beach, I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed here for our son’s parent weekend. It was a perfect place to sleep. It was quiet and perfect for the two of us. I would not recommend it for families due to limited amenities but the beach is a 3 minute walk. Very convenient for beach goers.

It has a laid-back, mid-century coastal style rather than ultra-modern luxury. Rooms are comfortable and clean, but you are definitely paying for the prime location.

The hotel room was cute and the staff was very helpful. We were able to get an early check in which was great since our flight landed early. My only complaint is we did not find the pool that’s advertised. Besides that we had a lovely stay!

Staff was marvelous. Center courtyard was a nice quiet place to enjoy a book or a chat with another guest and enjoy a smoke without any grief. Location is great! We stayed two week without a single complaint to make at all

Ode the price, the hotel was adequate. My room was sparse yet clean. The WiFi signal didn’t work in my room. The laundry was adjacent so there was noticeable noise when the washer was running. Great location. Ample, free parking. I felt safe. Check in and check out were easy.

Adequate, a/c older style wall unit, free parking if not full as is first come basis, room /linens clean. Bathroom needed updating repairs (toilet lose). Property grounds seemed unkept and not well maintained. Okay for a budget stay: if you're just showering and sleeping and spending majority of your time doing other activities. The price is right for a person on a budget looking to stay close to the beach.

The location was amazing! The room was nice, the staff, and air conditioning. The only concern i had was parking- that said, once we had a parking spot, the location was so amazing that we just walked absorbed.
