"The reception staff were amazing, very helpful and made the holiday feel special, they gave me an upgrade as my room wasn’t ready. The room was cleaned everyday, the room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The hotel was well situated for Adeje and was able to get around very easily. The hotel provided great breakfast and the entertainment was interesting 😂"

"Room was spotless. Location is fantastic. The pool was almost empty the time we were. The staff were amazing and sorted out a late check out for us with short notice. I will be coming back here it was wonderful"

"This is not a moan about the Neptuno Apartments but our timing on dpending 11 days in the middle of June Expecting a nice quiet relaxing holiday was spoilt by a lot of young adults acting like children. I know thats how they enjoy thereselves these days but did put a dampener on our time there. Other than that 10/10 Neptuno keep up the good work."
