"My TV didn't work and it took almost an hour for Engineering to come and diagnose the problem (a bad TV). they quickly brought me a new one. Logging onto the free internet was a problem, but I was assured that by clicking 'paid internet' I was still getting it for free. We'll see when I check out. I was also surprised with a $20 parking fee....grrrr! Maybe this was on the initial page when I chose the hotel, but if so, I missed it."
