"The breakfast was good all staff were friendly however we notified at the front desk about the room cleaning and no one paid attention until we spoke with the same gentleman about the issue for the rest all was fine "

"We stayed one night at the Westin SFO and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel was sophisticated and well designed. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Check in was a breeze and the restaurant was so good! Special kudos to our server, Bismarck, who was very friendly, attentive and professional, even though we showed up late in the evening. All in all, our night at the Westin was great!"

"Great receptionist, awesome and quiet room. The only downside was having to pay $30 to park in their huge and empty parking lot which was not mentioned prior to arrival. Rare in a motel type setting. "
