The staff was courtesy and very pleasant. The rooms were clean, but the decor was a little dated. Also there were noises during the night that would filter into the room. We were in room 607 and there were tapping sounds in the middle of the night.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, however our first room smelled like urine in the heater. Once upgraded for free the “better” room shower took a very long time to get warm- not hot. Acceptable but would try somewhere else before here again. Good location near some good food tho.

The best part was the free airport shuttle ecery half hour starting at 4am. The pool and hottub looked like a Legionairres nightmare. The room was small. There was no breakfast. It was in walking distance of downtown Burlingame.

My wife had a 7 AM flight from SFO. It was the best thing ever for us to stay there and me and my three-year-old slept in while she took off on the Uber to the airport. We live an hour away, so this was the best decision to make, and the hotel was great.
