"They over charge in the restaurant by adding crazy numbers like, 10% tip when the service was terrible. I ask for a lemon, salt, cup of water, never arrive plus some crazy taxes (IVA) my bill for 3 persons was 285,00 Colombia pesos a total of $82 US dollars. More than $25 dollars per plate for a piece of Steak and vegetables, not even sea food, just regular simple plate of food."

"Bondo is my favorite hotel in Cartagena. I’ve stayed at Bondo 4 times. The rooftop pool and bar is excellent and has amazing views. The rooms always have everything you need with endless hot water and great AC. I will mention this from my most recent stay. I was in the premium apartment which has a balcony facing the ocean, huge sliding glass doors for perfect ocean viewing and even a jacuzzi on the balcony. You give up something for this incredible room however; sleep. The main road is just below so you will hear cars, trucks and busses all night and into the morning. I switched rooms and still had a view from the side of the ocean and it was quite all night."

"Very disappointed with the birthday decoration service at Wyndham Garden Cartagena. The balloons were falling apart, the cheese platter looked melted and unappetizing, and the cake was not presentable. The whole setup felt rushed and poorly done. Not what I expected for a special occasion and what I paid for...in addition the bathroom was too small and there's no coffee maker. "

"The location was very convenient, and the staff were very helpful. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the room itself seemed to be in an unfinished state, with paint stains and a leaking sink."

"Good bed and AC, quiet area of town but the doors are sliding glass so if people are talking outside your room you hear them. No breakfast included but cheap papas rellanas next door."
