"For some unknown reason this place was already rated "excellent" whereas there was no previous reviews. So I felt a little bit manipulated as this place without being bad was way overrated. Although the place is generally clean, it nis not maintained properly. Some stuffs need some fixing. The room I stayed in for almost 10 days had suffered water leakage in the wall which resulted in traces on the wall which has not been redone or even painted. "Great place to stay when visiting Cartagena though it is outside the city. Extremely affordable and great place for the price. Safe place to stay, breakfast was fantastic, entire place was kept very clean, pool was very nice, and friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"Overall our experience was great! Check in and check out was fast. They do have currency exchange if you need. I would definitely recommend the breakfast on site as there is an abundance of choices for all. The hotel is located walking distances from the beach. The street behind the hotel is full of commerce including restaurants, shopping mall and groceries. It was extremely convenient to be able to walk to the stores at any time of the day. The colonial area ( Wall City/Getsemani) is about 12 minute car ride. Lastly, the staff was phenomenal, from Ricardo, Maria, Jesus, Cristian. I am missing a lot of names. They were exceptional. "
