"This has been the best hotel I have stayed with in Cartegena. The location is so convenient and the staff are amazing. They learn your name and greet you every time you leave and return. They are also very helpful if you need information. I will wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling alone and with family to stay here. They have great security as well. You always feel safe at their property. And the food is great as well several times we didn’t even leave the property. To me this is a five star property all the way and management are the best! They make you feel like family there. "

"My 7th or 8th time in this hotel due to the location, staff and amenities. The restaurant on site has yummy food and the rooftop pool is great especially in the late afternoon/evening. Staff is amazing. "

"Good variety of food options. They should include more breakfast options such as turkey bacon or turkey sausage for those that don’t eat pork. Hotel was very nice especially two pool areas. Also they should inform guest that mini fridge items are not complementary. "
