"Staff was wonderful"

"Pool was small and not as warm as expected. Rest of the facilities were great. Parking was expensive, when street parking is free after 7pm."

"We basically just slept at the hotel one night, ate breakfast the next morning, and caught our flight home. We had no complaints! Rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was impressive. Would stay here again!"

"I love this hotel. It’s my second time staying here. I was bummed that their restaurant was closed for the season. There’s great food a couple doors down and further down the street. You’re by the civic center and lots of other things. Clean rooms, very charming building, extremely helpful front staff, I’d recommend staying here to anyone."

"Great location if you need to be downtown. We were there for two nights for a show at Bill Graham and it was great walking to everywhere. Only thing I would have changed is that the “view” that I paid extra for was not viewable from anywhere in the room except the bathroom. Plus the room was quite tiny. Other than that, positive experience. "
