The owner did not reach out or say anything and when I tried to reach out, my calls were saying they were not accepting calls. "Fantastic 4-night stay! Helpful, kind, knowledgeable front desk staff. Spotless rooms. A lobby filled with the best bottled water and fragrant flowers one could ask for. Amazing sunrise views from our room. Easy walkable access to waterfront shops, art galleries, coffee shops, restaurants, and the ferry. Can’t wait to return!"
