"This place is a scam, no less. I’ve been booking with hotels.com for many years and I never had to experience something this terrible. It looks good and clean from the pictures online but don’t let this fool you. As soon as we got in there was awful smell. The place wasn’t clean at all, rust on the shower handles, hair everywhere in the bathroom, needless to say they didn’t clean after the last visit. "It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. "It’s at a walkable distance from restaurants and the beach. Staff lack of kindness and friendliness. I noticed people from the island are like that. "

"This hotel has it all, the staff is amazing. They were really nice with us from the moment we walked in. We got there early and they offered to leave our luggage in a safe place until room was ready so we can go eat or walk around. But they gave me a room quick without hesitation or early charges. Shara is one of the staff who was always with a happy smile in her face, polite and always asked if we needed something. The bar staff making them drinks on point, really good specially the morning crew in the first floor. Second shift was great too but we had more communication with early shift. The food was good too, everyday morning, afternoon and evening. The beach super close just a block away, stores, dining, the piers to do the tours wasnt far. This location was the best option. The only thing that I didnt or we didnt like is that they close the pool too early at 6:30pm and bars at 12midnight. Other than that I recommend 100%"
