"Everything was great!! My only complaint and it's not really a complaint was we only had our room cleaned once in 5 days because she always came around 5pm and we were resting or getting ready for dinner. We would just swap towels and all was good. "

"The staff were phenomenal hard working people with a great attitude. The minor problems we had such as a remote control not working were addressed immediately. If I had any issue I might say the main buffet wasn't open after five quite a few days. That said there were many good food options including 24 hour a day room service."

"Staff were very friendly. I thought i had booked a pool/water view but i had a front entance view instead. Property is well maintained, there are a few items that need some attention but nothing major that would disrupt a stay here. Proximity to City Centre was pretty quick by car (15 minutes) "
