We found nail clippings on the rug. The shower lever to convert the shower from handheld to overhead was striped. The staff is ALWAYS great. Courteous and nice. Restaurant was good. The janitor is great. We enjoy the hotel on hot days!

Brand new. Rooms spacious and very detail thought out. Best value I’ve had in years. Parking and paying for parking is a pain in the butt. You need to scan a QR code and fill out a form while you’re tired and cranky. Like most hotels they push off stuff on to the guest to save themselves money and inconvenience the guests. They charge you a fee to use the service to pay them. Parking, in a remote suburban area was 25% of the cost of the room.

A very nice hotel with comfortable rooms that have both a microwave and a refrigerator. Reliable standards of a Courtyard by Marriott. I am not fond of the fare in the restaurant, but at least you can eat there without having to go out and search around for a neighborhood restaurant. Also not wild about having to pay for parking.

This hotel is in a great location to easily access the Caltrain to go anywhere around San Francisco. The staff is excellent and very attentive. The property manager Kristin was especially helpful with a couple of questions that we had. I would recommend this hotel without reservation.
