Cute boutique hotel located near downtown San Francisco, great place to stay to be central to everything and also save some money. the check in process was easy and quick and I am so grateful they allowed me to check in early!

A really amazing room for such a low cost. They didn't have the room we originally booked, but they gave us a double room for no extra charge. A wonderful stay, and very close to the Civic Center UN Bart.

The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Love the good water pressure in the shower.. that is something hard to find in hotels. The only problem was the radiator heat. I had to call the front desk to have it somehow turned on. The room was off cold.

Dark, old, and musty-smelling rooms. No heating or AC — the room was freezing. Uncomfortable and unhygienic. I would never recommend this place.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic, thanks in large part to the outstanding front desk team. A special shoutout to Sam, the manager, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His attention to details and decision-making skills truly elevated our experience. We felt welcomed and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend staying here—great service makes all the difference!

Carpet, shower area, and bedding cover were all very dirty. Decided to call the front desk but the hotel room phone was broken. We went downstairs and the front desk offered to change rooms, but the new room was as bad as the first one. Emailed management but they never responded. Of course.
