"It was a great stay in the heart of San Francisco"

"Clean room, staff was great. However, the hotel may be too close to noisy areas in SF to guarantee a restful and quiet night. I had difficulty sleeping without being awoken by police or ambulane sirens and people shouting outside the hotel. As for the complimentary breakfast, there wasn't much. They ran out of milk for the cereal very quickly. And the cereal was the highlight of the breakfast options. Yotel did hold my suitcase for me even after I checked out of my room which I greatly appreciated. Overall it was an average experience for me, and I do appreciate the service of the staff."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, easy to park, easy to check in. Our corner room had an incredible view of the bay...perfect. The bed was so comfy! A coffee counter and bar located near the check-in desk. Bag check available if not wanting to go up to your room immediately. The hotel is near Chinatown, Fisherman's Wharf, not far from the Golden Gate Bridge and park...a great place to make your home base when visiting San Francisco."

"Great property for the price. Lovely room and amazing location. Just the breakfast was the downside. They only do a few kinds of pastries and tea or coffee. But great breakfast places around. Good transportation options as well. Recommended!"

"Eva from the front desk was very polite and knowledgeable. She gave us info on local restaurants and seafood restaurants at pier 39! The free breakfast was delicious with many options!"

"The staff was great. The breakfast was OK. The place was generally clean. It was close to a very rough area. My one complaint is that I understand. It’s a business hotel but my wife and I were there on vacation and we booked a junior suite and the room only had one chair and an ottoman and one desk chair. There were no comfortable chairs for the two of us to relax."
