The staff on this property was amazing… Check in and in the restaurant, people were exceptionally friendly. Also, the rooms are very quiet and clean.

We went down to San Francisco for Giants fest, and we finished the event earlier than the closing time. Our hotel was a mile away from our parking lot on Brannan (with the Giants even and other things going on during a weekend in SF, traffic was a nightmare). We came down from Redding and had been awake since 5am and were exhausted. Our check in time wasn’t until 4pm, but the nice lady at the front desk let us check in at 2:30 and gave us a later check out time. This was my first time staying at a Marriot Hotel, and I will definitely continue staying with this hotel chain.

Pictures of hotel are not reflective of what you get. Especially for amenities. Gym is very small and not a lot of equipment. Food options very limited. Could hear the rooms next to us talking and every time they left and came back. Floors little dirty. Staff very very nice.

The property was great. The costs of food, drink and parking at the hotel are my only complaints. $80 dollars for parking (including $10 tax) as well as $25 dollars for continental breakfast was ridiculous. Outside of that, the room was spacious and well accommodated and the bell staff top notch! Thank you Marriott for a wonderful Nee Years 2024 stay!

It was not bad. But what we didn't like is that I have in my reservation that the breakfast was included for two people, and they just made me pay for it and told me that the 25usd fee would be deducted. So the breakfast was 76usd. The included breakfast was a lie. I would never book in that hotel again

The valet service is horrible. To get your car you have to climb uphill with heavy bags and super inconvenient. Overall the stay was enjoyable and very nice, but parking was atrocious.
