"Excellent service from all the staff. Rooms and all guest areas of the hotel were clean. Upon arrival to our room, we found a hand-written note from the hotel manager. It might not seem like a big deal but for us it was a heart-warming note showing genuine appreciation. Area was quiet, close to many restaurants and walkable distance to El Zocalo. Breakfast at the cafe was very good and staff was very attentive. Definitely highly recommended"

I really appreciate their fastidiousness. The inclusive breakfast and free of cost cafe foods + water really helped too when I couldn't go out or was too tired at the end of the day.
