"First up...the tricycle driver who picked up us brought us to the old and wrong spot for boat pickup. We finally called and said there will be a late fee of 700 per room cause we were not there at 2.00. We were there for 2 but was dropped off at wrong terminal. They did not want to hear about it neither and make it right. The property itself does not at all look like the pics u see online when there were newer. The aircons barely blow cold and the portable potty were quite nasty as well. We were...

"Truthfully i thought this hotel was off the hook for davao city. It had everything we need. The rooms were nice the breakfast was good people were awesome and if you go to the coffee shop after 4:00 p.m. pastries are half off including cakes."
