"I WOULD SAY THE POOL QAS OUR FAVORITE THE STAFF WAS GREAT ONLY PROBEM WAS THE COFFEE HOUSE COFFEE WAS COLD AND THE SALES LADY GAVE US THE WRONG MUFFIN THIS AM I GOT BACK TO OUR ROOM AND DISCOVERED SHE MADE THE MISTAKE I HAD TO WALK 3 FLOORS TO GET THIE RIGHT MUFFIN SHE WAS VERY SNOTTY AZND JUST EXCHANGED THE CINNOMON ROLL FOR A ROCKY ROAD MUFFIN I WOULDNT OF GIVEN HER A TIP IF I HAD KNOWN HOW BAD HER CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS "

"Best part about the hotel is that it is centrally located in downtown Palm Springs and Pet friendly. Staff was very friendly and pool area had a great vibe! Two small complaints but would not deter me from staying there again….music during the day at the pool needs to be updated and more mainstream music. My car was valet in an open lot next to the hotel with no coverings for three days, should be underground parking when it’s 100 plus and it’s included in resort fee so you don’t have an option ton self park. "

I've raved about it to friends here in MO and those in CA. This would definitely be a great choice if you're looking for comfort, quiet, relaxation, shopping & restaurants.
