The check in process was good, although I had an early 2 hour check in time but it wasn’t honored. I can’t remember the guy that checked us in, but he was super friendly and made the process smooth. I don’t blame him for not honoring the 2 hour check in time. It is out of his control. The building is a bit old, but okay. I wish they would’ve played music at the main pool. The food could’ve been better. I wasn’t too pleased with the food options they had. The servers and bartenders were great! Axel knew exactly what we wanted to drink every time he saw us. The other bartenders were super friendly as well.

Everyday (6) we were there at the facility, there was an issue with our room. It started with the AC not working on the first day of arrival and continued to the next day. That was followed up with the electricity not work for following two days in our room and thr ajoining room. Then our room key bracelets stopped working, preventing us from getting into our rooms for half the day. Also, Expedia VIP was a waste of time. We received the same checkin as everyone else, just in a separate room that was hot as hell. Stay away from this place unless you want to be on the phone with maintenance everyday of your stay.
