"Rooms were great! AC worked amazingly. Margie at the front desk was so helpful with luggage storage and making us feel comfortable. The pool was great and there is an outdoor shower. Breakfast was unreal, many options with the traditional breakfast and coffee was great too! Would recommend to anyone looking for a cheeper stay in Tamarindo with easy access to the beach and downtown. "

"Hotel Pasatiempo is an oasis in Tamarindo! There is a lush garden throughout the property and you can see a variety of animals like monkeys, iguanas, raccoons, etc. It has air conditioned/ceiling fans, spacious and very clean cabanas with wonderful patios. The pool is has lots of seating around it and is a nice option from going to the beach. The beach is across the main road in Tamarindo and there are many restaurants and shops right there. The hotel has a bar and restaurant also. The staff is super friendly and accommodating! I love it there!! My one recommendation is to have a variety of pillows. 😁"
