"Made to order breakfast was average. Scrambled eggs were not real eggs and served at room temperature not hot. Very disappointing."

"Not up to Autograph standard at all. Very disappointed. Bathroom shower was disgusting with black mold lining the shower drain along an entire wall. Valet locked key in our car and we had to deal with it because the hotel couldn’t figure out how to. Felt like hotel was being run by students without the requisite service experience for a hotel of this caliber."

"I felt like I was at my Grandmother's house - this is a compliment because it was cozy (especially with the fireplace) and comfortable. Not so cookie cutter as most hotel chains I've used are very similar. My only complaint is I could hear the freeway from my room so I didn't sleep as well as I wanted."

"My daughter left her purse on the floor only to wake up the next morning to see her purse chewed up by rats. We complained to the management staff and they said that there was nothing they could do because we booked through Orbitz and not the hotel. Room was old and run down. Hair dryer was broken and plug falling apart. TV had no guide and minimal channels. The restaurant located at the hotel has been closed for I don’t know how long. Highly recommend staying away from this place. I would have rather slept in my car. We will be requesting compensation for the rat damaged purse, just gross!!!!"
