"This place is hidden not too far from Cal Poly and not too far from the beach. The walk to Avila beach is about 1.5 miles, and it's an easy, quiet walk. And the drive to campus is about 15 minutes. The place is quiet and clean and up scale. The staff was friendly and helpful. It feels quaint."

"We did not use the pool or hot tub but they looked nice. This hotel is older building with odd furniture .. but all clean and in good repair. Bed was comfortable and nice rain shower head. The breakfast was to be expected for the venue and the price. Eggs Sausage waffles yogurt toast and packaged danish options. very close to Cal Poly and a few walkable dining choices and convenience store. "
