Leider waren wie sehr unzufrieden es ist sehr schmutzig und unhygienisch Das bad eine reine Katastrophe die Rohre von der Toilette tropfen wasser Und das wasser aus dem Waschbecken ist so trüb als würde Milch rauskommen Haben und mit flaschen Wasser gewaschen… Und es herscht ein schlimmer Geruch in der Wohnung Also wirklich nie wieder in Tivoli bleiben

Bin nicht erstes mal in Tivoli gewesen, diesmal war ich sehr enttäuscht. In der Unterkunft, war so gut wie alles kaputt , außerdem kam aus dem Bad schrecklicher Gestank. Kühlschrank war verrostet und mit Blut verschmiert, Klima ohne Funktion, WC Spülung kaputt, die Matratzen durchgelegen, außer Zentrallicht hat nichts mehr funktioniert. Die Bitte Unterkunft zu tauschen war sofort abgelehnt, es kam Hausmeister und hat uns erklärt das der Gestank normal sei und die Klimaanlage doch einigermaßen funktioniert. Alles andere ist wohl Normalzustand. Schade, gehe nicht mehr hin.

Leider nicht sauber . Vieles kaputt . Habe auch schon Beschwerde eingereicht . Es wird Nicht das angeboten was man auf Bildern zu sehen bekommt . Laut Rezeption werden die schönen Bilder nur gezeigt … sowas geht gar nicht . Man bekommt nicht das was man sieht . Diese Unterkunft würde ich nicht noch einmal buchen . Man hat nicht mal einen Besen . Geschweige eine vernünftige Dusche . Warmes Wasser wäre auch schön gewesen .

Leider sind die Bungalows in einem sehr schlechtem und nicht gerade gut ausgestatteten Zustand. In der Beschreibung steht Behindertengerecht aber wie ein Mensch der auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen ist in das sehr sehr kleine Duschbad kommen soll ist mir ein Rätsel. Ich möchte auch erwähnen das es keine Doppelbetten sind sondern nur 1,40m Klappcouch. Wir hatten Gott sei Dank ein super Angebot für 2 Wochen 900€. Den regulären Preis würde ich in meinem ganzen Leben nicht bezahlen der wäre so beim doppelten. W-LAN gibt es aber nur an einer ganz bestimmten Stelle auf der riesigen Anlage ein Trauerspiel.Die Mitarbeiter muss ich loben, denn die können nichts dafür wenn ihre Chefs nur Provit machen wollen und nichts in die Anlage investieren. Für Familien mit Kindern die nicht soviel wert auf comfort und nicht den riesen Geldbeutel haben kann ich die Anlage empfehlen. Zum Meer sind es ungefähr 700m also nicht alzuweit entfernt, sind wir auch jeden Tag gelaufen meine Frau, Tochter Ich mit einer Beinprothese und meine kleine Tochter 7Jahre im Rollstuhl. Wir hatten auch Glück ich hatte ausgehandelt das wir am Meer 2 Liegen und einen großen Sonnenschirm in der 3 Reihe kostenlos bekommen. Ansonsten sind 60€ die Woche fällig und auch erst ab Reihe 5 vorne wird es teurer. Jeder Bungalow hat seinen Parkplatz aber die Parken hier alle wie sie wollen das war etwas nervig wenn man immer auf der Suche ist wer schon wieder nicht lesen konnte. Empfehlenswert ist das Outlet Center in Palmanova
