I loved the convenience of the cafe being at the hotel. The food was delicious. The staff was friendly. The doors coming in were locked at night so coming back to the hotel required that we were buzzed in which made me feel more safe.

The hotel is nice and clean. There is no elevator, so if you have luggages it is better to request a ground floor room. The secured free parking is a building away. They said they can let you in and out of the parking lot 24 hours a day, just ask the front desk. Our room was large with two beds and a sofa that easily converted into a bed. Extra beddings are in the cabinet. It is a little far from downtown attractions, but if you like walking, downtown can be easily reached.

It was a beautiful place to stay. The only draw back is location. 25 minutes to walk into centro historical . Also there only 1 restaurant that was opened within 10 minutes of the hotel so really anytime u wanted something u were always in need of a taxi

The cutest boutique hotel in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. Check In very easy, there was always someone available. The room was very comfortable and the location very convenient. Close to the church and town. This is definitely I place I recommend and hope to come back.

Pool, views, warm staff. What else do you need?
This well-established place is a cool. Great staff, nice rooms, pool and amazing views from several high perches in Escher-esque architecture. I highly recommend it.

Horrible , we had the suite on the top floor. No air conditioner, we open windows and bunch of flies, lots of noice since 6am ,we could nt sleep, no water on the outside jaccuzi , lots and lots of stairs ...just horrible ..no to mention the area that looks like a guetto barrio ...never going back !

I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay at our hotel, I dont know how you could expect to have Air conditioning since we have never advertised to have such service, the flyes and the noise is not something we can control, and the Jacuzzy has been broken for some time, wich is also why we do not offer that service in that room, yes the hotel is full of stairs, we dont hide that fact either. Again we are sorry you had a misconseption of where you where traveling to.

The hotel had many steps and no handrails. It was very difficult handling the luggage. For me it was to far from center of town. That is not the hotels fault but mine for not looking carefully when booking.

Yes we have many stairs and we are exactly 2km from the central garden. But its a quiet área where you can rest without the hassle of the central área of town!

Beautiful hotel and beautiful view of the city
This hotel provides top-notch service with welcoming, helpful staff, beautiful rooms with all the amenities, a full breakfast in your room or on the terrace overlooking the centre of San Miguel (at extra cost but very convenient), a pool (not for swimming really but a quick dip to cool off), and far enough from the centre to be quiet at night. And you can walk to the enchanting historic centre of town, although it is uphill all the way back. This would not be a hotel for those with mobility issues - it is tall and narrow with stairs to various levels.

Being 2 km from the center away from the noise, is what makes it a very quiet and relaxed place for the comfort of you.

Great place for peace and quiet
I can't say enough about the staff at this hotel. From front desk to maintenance, to the cleaning ladies, and even the breakfast staff. They are all EXCELLENT and truly care about their guests. The hotel is not brand new, but it maintained impeccably. From the landscaping to the common areas, pool, jacuzzi, and especially the inside of the guest rooms. If you want to San Miguel sites this is not the hotel location for you. If you start in a part of downtown everyday than its worth it to pay the 50-60 pesos to take the short ride down the hill. After staying 1 night in a centrally located boutique hotel I was done. I no longer wanted to breathe exhaust fumes and wake up to traffic noises. Anything you needed from the front desk was immediately provided, no questions asked, Parking was super convenient as well, they would valet your car to and from at a moments requests, and all for FREE. We loved our 3 night stay, and hope to return.

Quaint but not luxurious.
Hotel was adequate. TV was flat screen but not HD. It was a double bed. Good value for a place to sleep for one. If you're looking for a relatively cheap place to sleep it's fine if your goal is to spend your time sightseeing and not in your room.

Great Value
We visited in the middle of January, and the heat was from a portable electric radiator, so a bit chilly. And the hotel is very much on the outskirts of town, which means it's quiet, but nothing is walkable. But the staff is great, everything was clean, and the place is one-of-a-kind wonderful. At one-tenth the price of the fancy downtown places, it is remarkably good value. Free parking, free wifi that works fine in the room.

CASA BLANCA - Small but beautiful
Hotel Casa Blanca is about a 5 minute drive into San Miguel de Allende downtown center. Hotel has decent breakfast and helpful staff. I will stay there again.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room really nice, but the location of the hotel is in a really bad area, no way to walk downtown, you have to catch a taxi.

Hello yes we are 2km from the centrall church, walking is possible and taxi charges you 3 USD to take you into town.

Una enorme disculpa por el inconveniente del agua caliente el cual se le dio solucion en cuanto lo reporto. No contamos con etacionamiento y en la informacion de servicios viene claramente. La alberca esta adaptable para usarse, pero tiene horarios marcados para el uso, despues de las 9:00 p.m. no se puede usar, hasta la mañana siguiente a partir de las 8:00 a.m.Gracias por hospedarse con nosotros, su opinión es muy importante para nosotros.
