"There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area i would not stay at this hotel again the friendly staff was probably the only thing that was worthwhile about the property i thought that i would have had a better experience at a motel six absolutely worthless! "

"The king size bed was TERRIBLE! The mattress had a 3” pad that the sheets never stayed tucked in. It was like sleeping on a pile of loose sheets. It felt terrible under the covers. We would never stay at this hotel EVER! House keeping was not good at all. Never left enough toilet paper or tissues. Never restocked the small creamers in the mini fridge. "

"Great studio room with good kitchen facilities, dish washer and washing machine. Not a huge room but adequate for two people, comfortable and had all we needed, it was very fresh and clean. Staff were good at check-in and during our stay. Liked the coffee machine and some little extras like washing liquid, dish tablets and coffee capsules. We used the parking as an extra which was easy enough just be aware you need to be careful with the tight access in and out of car park. "

"The property is very central so lots of shops nearby. The room is clean and bed is comfortable. No movie channels on TV, Not enough coffee/tea option in the bedroom. Staff could be a bit more nicer. I'm a bit annoyed with the hotel holding another $100 from your credit card but refund don't go back until 3-4 days after you've checked out."

"The hotel is located across the street from both the Train station and the Ferry Terminal making it very convenient if you have to take an early train or have a late ferry arriving into Wellington. The cleaniness leaves a lot to be desired. Our bathroom was filthy (specially the bathtub). We were so tired that we only used the sink to wash our face & hands. the toilet was OK. The room itselft was good too however one of the window panes were broken. I'm not sure if I'd go back again to this property."
