Little cute hotel for our girls trip to San Miguel de Allende. The reviews were right. Its a cozy and clean space. Their rooftop restaurant, the views and the staff service were the highlights for us. We had a nice sleep and enjoyed our stay. I recomend to eat at the restaurant and to select this property for your stay in SMDA.

The hotel was great for the price. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Walking distance from all the fun. The owner was very accommodating if we ask for anything.

Basic clean accommodations. Easy check-in and out. Very safe area and short three block walk to the Jardín and all that SMA offers. Nice view from the comfy rooftop patio. No a/c but had a ceiling fan and stand fan so the room temperature was fine. No tv. Perfect choice for the budget-conscious traveler.

The first room we checked into had a plumbing problem. The room we have now has one ceiling light; no table lamp. The room is very small with no windows. The room feels like a dungeon. We would not recommend this hotel. We were going to spend 4 nights here; tomorrow morning we will check into another hotel.

Puntos negativos: difícil acceso si viajas con personas mayores o tienes dificultad para subir escaleras, recepcionista poco empática y servicial, señal de wifi muy débil, no hay televisión y no lo recomiendo si viajas en auto, terminas pagando lo mismo por otro que te ofrezca estacionamiento y con más comodidad. El hotel está limpio, la casa es muy bonita pero las habitaciones son sumamente básicas, cumple para tener un sitio donde descansar en zona muy céntrica de San Miguel de Allende. El desayuno en la terraza me gustó y los chicos del restaurante son amables.

Es un lugar agradable, no es un hotel de lujo, pero todo está limpio y en general, en buen estado. Lo único que no me encantó es que las habitaciones no tienen ventanas al exterior, pero tampoco fue un gran inconveniente. Uno de los colchones se sentía un poco vencido, aún así, dormimos bastante bien. Sin ruidos ni molestias. Sí volvería a hispedarme aqui.

Lo mejor la ubicación, la limpieza y la amabilidad del personal. A mejorar la comodidad de la cama, te levantas con dolor de espalda, y la presión de la ducha, imposbile lavarse el pelo para una mujer. Por el precio que pagamos no se puede pedir demasiado. Para dormir una o dos noches lo recomendaría, más de dos noches no lo recomiendo.
