it was a beautiful hotel, but it was still a 10 minute drive from the city. Staff was great and they cleaned the room for us while we were gone, I will say if you’re looking to stay in a place with your family this might not be the one, there’s no privacy to the restroom, no doors for shower or to use the toilet, the bed was rock hard and the remote to the tv did not work.

Yes it was clean. But they forgot the tv remote control and the air conditioner control. The Netflix could not be changed to personal account. Staff very helpful. Dining room staff support great and obliging.

Ask for a room on the opposite side of the hotel from the carreterra…it is quite noisy. The hot water for a shower must be started about 8 full minutes before you intend to step in the shower or else it will not be hot water. This is A GORGEOUS PROPERTY!
