"Its Clean. Remodeled inside. Old building outside. No elevator for people who cant use stairs.Good Wifi. Like a nice and clean motel 6 or best western. If you suffer from slight noise then its not for you. I dont have a problem with any noise so whatever works for you. Has balcony with 2 chairs and table "

The room had no window/ natural light and was bare. We didn't warm to the style although I'm sure others may find it quirky and different."

"This beautiful sanctuary truly is magical! If you think you're going to have any western luxuries, please reduce your expectations! This is a rural eco lodge. We stayed in the mountain cabins and we didn't have hot water, so we made due with coldish water. That really was the only inconvenience. Food was amazing! From the staff to the elephant handlers, it was sooooo great! Being able to see the elephants walk around and feed them and watch their personalities shine, really was magical. As for...

"A fantastic experience staying at this property. The family room we had consisted of 2 bedrooms and a toilet with shower. It was very well clean, comfortable and well kept. It will be my number choice if I come toChiang Mai again. The staff Aun who take care of us is very friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you for the great hospitality. "

"Our room was very clean and comfortable with great AC and wifi. The bed was big and clean but the pillows were much too big. We could help ourselves to tea and coffee throughout the day and a nice breakfast was included. We liked being 10 minutes from the night bazaar and near the old town."

"It was a beautiful hotel. It is set on a little farm with beautiful flowers and a pond. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. There was a/c, but the wifi wasn't working. Breakfast is included. The only major issue is that when you put in Bhupimarn Garden House as a location in google maps, it takes you to the middle of Chiang Mai City, not Chom Thong. So, beware! Super sweet people that run the place, even if they don't speak English. The lady had to call her son, who speaks English....

"Lovely comfortable stay for solo travellers. Just off the main road and walking distance to old town and night bazar markets. Many tour companies near by to book excursions, the hotel also provides them but is cheaper to book off the main road. Everything was great with this place, hot water, tc, AC, kettle, towels and cleaning every day. Walls are pretty thin so you can hear of the neighbour has TV on etc but not an issue as you're out most of the day. "
