"The setting up on the hillside was so lovely and the property is beautiful. Rooms were super clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would love to go back and visit. "
"The check-in staff were nicely cordial, informative about hotel and surrounding area.
Our room/suite was real nice, kept clean, stocked with water, coffee and clean towels. In addition we never saw the cleaning staff.
The pool, lounge and dining areas were okay, but a little tight for space. I believe they did the best they could with the space they had.
Breakfast buffet food quality was okay, but limited for the cost. I found the dining menu having the same issue as breakfast.
Overall I liked Ville sull’Arno, safe area, we were able to walk back from our excursions which was about 2 km walk.
