Wonderful hotel on the boardwalk and close to the old town. Room was beautifully done and the staff was helpful, friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Best Vacation EVER.
This place is exceptional. Immaculately clean, unparalleled service, and a fantastic location. It's a boutique style hotel, so without all the posh of, say, a Grand Hyatt. To me, that's a plus. The rooms are rather small, but exceptionally well appointed and detailed.

This is our new favorite hotel. I can’t say enough about how nice the rooms are and how well the staff treats everyone. The location is perfect, and the view of the sea from the bar is exceptional. I hope we will be back

Incredible gem of a property in San Sebastián ! Luxurious and serene hotel. Gorgeous rooms. Fantastic breakfast. Location literally can't be beat - right in the centre of La Concha beach, steps to the ocean. So so glad we found this hotel. Highly recommend !

This was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The place is gorgeous! The staff are outstanding. The service is second to non. San Sebastian is beautiful and the stay at the villa Favorita was the icing on the cake for your birthday trip.

David as front desk was very helpful and served as concierge. Cafe staff first rate. Location unbeatable. Amelia restaurant is superb. Deserves its third Michelin star soon.

Gorgeous hotel, fabulous staff, shout out to David on reception, thanks for all yours and the teams help, service. Amazing view from my room, room 10, looking straight out to the ocean from the bed, couldnt ask for more. Great buffet breakfast available in the bar or in room which was a nice treat, overall, would definitely stay again!

L’hôtel est bien placé, confortable, décoré avec goût. L’ensemble manque malheureusement de charme et le service n’est pas à la hauteur bien que le staff soit de bonne volonté. Nous dînions au bar de l’hôtel (restaurant fermé) le soir du 31 décembre: cuisine fermée à 22h45, musique éteinte à 23h… quel manque de considération pour les clients! Notre séjour a été décevant.

Hotel magnifique et chaleureux. Le staff est vraiment exceptionnel et attentionné. La vue de la chambre sur la Concha est incroyable (chambre au 6e étage avec Terrasse). Welcome drink de top qualité au choix sur la carte du bar. Parking payant avec voiturier. Que du positif à tous les niveaux. Une vraie déconnexion pour ce WE.
