"Great hotel, in good proximity to Braies and Tre Cime. The food was varied and tasty throughout, with half board offering excellent value for the evening meals. "Everything was great regarding this property. Location was great, the room was great. Breakfast was great. Sicilia, at the front desk, deserves $1 million.!! she was the sweetest and most helpful person ever! The check-in was fabulous with great communication, even sending us our bus pass so we would have free transportation to the hotel.. the only potential problem, I did not see an air conditioner.. we did not need it so I cannot confirm there was one there, but I did not see one, which could be a problem if you happen to go and it was hot. There was an elevator, in the room was fairly large for European standards."
