"This hotel bed was the best Iโve ever slept on besides my own bed. I slept like a baby. The bathroom was beautiful. The hotel is dated, but itโs clean and convenient and a very good price. Very nice staff very accommodating, simple, no frills, but extremely comfortable. Cheapest price I paid for a hotel for many years. It was midweek and off-season, but I would stay here again and pay more in a heartbeat."

"This is my go to place to stay in San Simeon. It's affordable and the rooms are decent. The best things I like besides the affordability are the friendly staff (Edward and Maria), the pool and jacuzzi with the fire pit next to it, the continental breakfast and there is a nice beach front across Highway 1 right out front if you walk to the west end of the street. I've stayed here multiple times and Edward provides great customer service. This time I also was assisted by Maria, and she too was amazing. It's not a high end place like places along Moonstone Beach in Cambria, but it's affordable and comfortable with great service and amenities."

"They decorated for the holiday and it was awesome. The ladies in the front were super helpful with our travel plans to a nearby concert. Even a man trimming the hedge gave me a trimming for my yard. Very friendly, clean, room was great."

"Great place for a stopover up the coast. Jane at the front desk was super friendly and very helpful. The room was big and perfect for our stay. Bed was very comfortable and HUGE. We loved the red retro fridge and microwave. A little noisy with motorcycles and next door neighbors but otherwise a great stay. Pool looked nice. Breakfast offerings were ok. We walked to a nice beachfront restaurant and the nearby beach was great for sunset! Overall, I would recommend to friends!"

"The staff were a great help in extra amenities we needed. They would come and clean the room daily. The bodywah shampoo and conditioner were small for four people to a room and the AC did not work but they did provide fans for the room which was nice. Overall we did enjoy our stay and will come again. We love how close we were to the beach."
