"Our stay at the Jangle hotel was relaxing and convenient. The rooms were very comfortable, spacious and clean. Hotel staff was excellent as well. Restaurant food was delicious as well. Lastly; our airport shuttle was booked for the flight departure time and there was a miscommunication. Basma and Hisham recognized the mistake made by one of their colleagues and fixed the problem quickly and got us to the airport quickly and on time for our flight. I can’t thank them enough for their help. I would definitely bring my family back to stay at this hotel. "

"We had a very pleasant stay at Residence du Parc - Val D'Europe. Our visit was for the Disney parks, which are very close by. We would recommend a printed instruction on how to use public transportation to get to and from the parks."

"Clean room but would have liked to have lotion in the bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Carpeting in the halls could use a refresh and a fair bit of banged up walls, scuffed paint. Front desk staff always very helpful. Great that it was a quick walk to the parks. Great breakfast buffet offering!"

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and very modern. The bed was comfy but the two singles do slide apart very easily which then creates a gap in the middle of the bed. The free transfer bus to Disney was very useful and punctual and driver was very friendly! We have zero complaints about our stay except the hotel held a 1st birthday event while we were there so we had no access to the facilities that night, when we went outside to collect our Uber Eats we found the guests attending the event were extremely rude and gave us very judgemental looks as we were not ‘dressed up’ and would not let us past. Everything else was perfect and the pool was a really nice treat! We would definitely stay again!"

We had 2 adjoining family rooms which were lovely with double bed and bunk beds (but nit your standard bunk beds as they are not attached to each other.
