"We stayed for few days while visiting Disneyland. The hotel was simple and clean. Nice aerea and the shuttle to Disneyland was very quick, les than 5 min. "Everything was amazing, from the gentlemen who checked us in to everyone else we encountered. The issue was our room was set to 26 degrees centigrade and even with turning off the system and opening the outside door the room would only cool to about 20-21 and was back up to 26 in a couple of hours. Cleaning staff indicated to just turn it off. 26 is crazy to heat a hotel to, from a sleeping and an energy perspective. Beds are comfy and have great duvets- no reason to set heat so high"

"Highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to Disney. The hotel is beautiful, ignore the negative reviews as I couldn't find one issue with the hotel. The free shuttle bus can get busy at peak times but this would be the same for any hotel. Breakfast is the most quiet at 7am we were the only family in there. It does get a lot busier from 8:30am but I did witness staff replenishing food that had ran out. The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly when the children realised there wasn't bunk beds in the room they happily changed our room for us. We also opted for late check out on our last day which I thought was excellent value for money at only 10 euros per hour. This meant the children could still take advantage of the play area and swimming pools and we had our room as a base before our evening flight. I wouldn't hesitate to give our stay 5 stars. Thank you Dream Castle. "
