"I loved the staff, location, parking was a thumbs down for me. You have to pay for amenities and parking separately. Which 40.00 a day for amenities and 45.00 a day for parking. There is so much to do in the area so we did lots of walking and didn’t use our car but twice. IHOP is downstairs and McDonald’s is on the next corner. If you are looking for good food leave the city and go into the common area cheaper food and better quality."

"The building really needs to be updated. They really need to vacuum in the hallways, complete mess. There was pubic hair all over the toilet and we had to be switched to another room which the bathroom was also dirty. There was also a comb stuck in the mattress of the sofa bed. Very close to the beach and restaurant and stores. It was nice that they had refillable filtered water bottles and close to a rental place for chairs and umbrella. They just need to take some of the profit from these rooms and update their building and have more staff to clean the rooms."

"We had a wonderful time in Oahu and have no major complaints. The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The waterfront is amazing. The negatives is that it is a HUGE resort - it's almost too much. Too many people around and lines to elevators and the village area. The food on site was just ok and the restaurants and towel area close up a little too early for a resort of this size."
