"The staff are friendly but need more confidence/ability to use English. If you have a Filipino in your group they will use Tagalog all the time. You can arrange your airport transfer and any tours with the staff, they are helpful with that. They know the town of Coron, and local area well. There were a couple of issues with the gents toilet seat and taps, which they weren't able to resolve in our week-long stay. "Breakfast buffet was delicious. Chef made homemade Filipino breakfast. Staff were very attentive from receptionist to drivers. Csmn goes above and beyond in the house restaurant. Erika gave an amazing Hilot massage. Maintenance staff responded right away when there were technical problems with the AC and safe box. Love the happy hour at the pier with spectacular view of the bay. There was construction in many areas of the resort hence I took off one star for cleanliness of the property. "
