"Excellent hotel, with a beautiful Spa/Welness facility. We had a room on the south side of the building, apparently without airco. That was not that convenient, however both windows could be opened full! We had 2 nights with dinner in buffet style, that is certainly not something we will take again, the first evening the service was ok, but the second evening, the plates of the first dish where still on the table and it was difficult to order a drink. "This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Views of the Rhein Gorge from the large windows are really spectacular. Their breakfast also has plenty to choose from. Their staff at the front desk and the dining area are nice and very helpful with smiles. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"The room was modern and clean, looked freshly renovated. I’ve missed shoehorn though. Breakfast was inclusive in room price and was indeed very good and varied but for cakes which weren’t sufficiently offered. All in all very good hotel for reasonable price."
